SUMMARY:Teatro Tetrix
DESCRIPTION:Gaudenz Badrutt – Elektronik (Biel/Bienne) \nJean-Luc Guionnet – Altsaxophon (Paris) \nFrantz Loriot – Bratsche (Zürich) \nTetrao Tetrix erschafft in ihren Konzerten wahrhaftige Klangskulpturen – dafür sind die durchaus unterschiedlichen Ansätze vom Zürcher Bratschisten Frantz Loriot\, dem Bieler Elektronikmusiker Gaudenz Badrutt und dem französischen Altsaxophonisten\, Elektroniker und Organisten Jean-Luc Guionnet wie gemacht füreinander. Wahrscheinlich\, zumindest. Es gibt auch Lärm. Es ist eine dreiecksförmige Klangskulptur. \n

SUMMARY:Corinna Eikmeier & Libero Mureddu

SUMMARY:GRŪ___ & JD ZAZIE | Pepa & Jonas
DESCRIPTION:GRŪ___ & JD ZAZIE\noperate at the intersection of experimental sound\, performance\, and real-time manipulation. Their duo combines object-based sonic research with radical approaches to recorded media\, creating performances that unfold between composition\, improvisation\, and technological systems. Working under the alias Grū___\, Grgur Savić explores sound as a physical\, transformable material through performance\, composition\, and visual–sonic systems. By deconstructing objects\, most notably the saxophone\, and employing MAX/MSP-based processes\, his practice investigates resonance\, vibration\, and human–machine co-creation in real time. Coming from a DJ and radiophonic background\, JD ZAZIE develops live performances through the real-time manipulation of fixed recorded sound\, redefining DJing and electroacoustic practice toward free improvisation and composed forms. Together\, they create dynamic performance systems based on listening\, decoding\, and response\, where sound\, objects\, and recorded matter are continuously transformed and re-heard.

SUMMARY:Augustin Braud | Georg Zichy
DESCRIPTION:Augustin Braud\nis a composer\, musician\, and researcher. A permanent musicologist at RicercarLab in Tours (CESR)\, his practice ranges from written instrumental music to electroacoustic performances such as Trônes Amoncelés\, a 36-minute piece recorded at La Muse en Circuit and released on Opal Tapes label in March 2025\, inspired by Antonin Artaud’s Les dix-huit secondes. \nHe is also the winner of the 2020 Claude Arrieu Prize from SACEM\, and has collaborated with ensembles such as the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra\, the Ensemble Intercontemporain\, and the Klangforum Wien (GOLEM)\, at festivals such as ECLAT\, Gaudeamus\, Musica\, and Présences. \nGeorg Zichy\nis a sound\, clang\, rattle\, screech and noise artist. In his solo practice\, he performs with found objects and electronics: containers\, tablets\, bins\, rods\, etc. Acoustically scratched\, bowed and hammered\, electronically amplified\, distorted\, and fed back.\nZichy lives and works as a freelance artist and musician in Vienna\, moving between noise\, free improvisation\, and a phenomenology of sounds. 2025 saw the release of Vleisch (Opal Tapes)\, a duo with Reinhold Friedl and a_kustisches (self-released) in a duo with Fabian Wutti.\nhttps://www.instagram.com/musterkoffer/ \nhttps://gzgz.bandcamp.com/

SUMMARY:Anouck Genthon\, Marina Tantanozi\, Anna-Kaisa Meklin | TRIAGNOSIS
DESCRIPTION:Anouck Genthon\,\nMarina Tantanozi\,\nAnna-Kaisa Meklin\nThe music of the trio is an open-ended sonic space. Dense\, broken\, the sound surfaces and structures are continuous\, oscillating between noise\, drone and traces of folk music fragments that remain rather distant associations. The trio gently leads the listener into the sounds themselves\, using memory as a process as well as a research method: focusing on their countries of origin over the past years\, the trio re-traces their sonic soil and endlessly reactivates its language. \nThe music on our new CD is recorded on a cold week of November 2023 in the Benedictine Abbey of Soréze\, during a GMEA residency. The recording takes place in two halls\, that we like to call the blue room and the white room; different in acoustics\, both generous in reverberation and overtones. The space itself is essential in shaping the pieces. We begin improvising without any material or concept in mind. We let our talks\, travels\, the light and vastness of the Abbey flow into the music. We improvise\, record\, listen back and select the fragments that intrigue us. We develop this material\, distort\, record and modulate it\, we shift and reshape it until the final version emerges – the music. Genußvolles Scheitern optional \nAngelina Ertel\, Querflöten\, Gemshorn \nEdith Lettner\, Sax\, Duduk \nEdith Steyer\, Klarinetten \nangelina-ertel.org

SUMMARY:Alexander Chernyshkov & Dario Fariello
DESCRIPTION:MISTAKEN FRUITS\nMistaken Fruits ist eine musikalische Versuchsanordnung über Beziehung\, Übersetzung und Missverständnis. \nwww.vekks.com\nwww.instagram.com/_vekks_

SUMMARY:Caterina Palazzi "ZALESKA" | Versta (Roberto Dossi\, Alessandro D’Arcangeli)
DESCRIPTION:CONCEPT \nLeader of Italian band Sudoku Killer\, Caterina Palazzi currently introduces ZALESKA\, a dark\, more intimate and hypnotic project\, in which melodic lines are mixed with dissonant and noisy moments\, creating a sort of lonely funeral orchestra. Every musical composition is inspired by an actor who has impersonated Dracula’s character in movies. The show is conceived not as a normal concert but as an interactive performance\, which spectators live an experience of tension and catharsis. Zaleska is the illegitimate daughter of voivoda Vlad Țepeș III\, well know as Drăculea. \nCaterina Palazzi From 2007 she’s leader and composer of italian band Sudoku Killer\, well known in jazz\, psychedelic\, noise and experimental scene\, which released the albums Sudoku Killer (ZdM\, 2010)\, Infanticide (Auand Records\, 2015)\, Asperger (Clean Feed\, 2018) and which she played over 700 concerts in all Europe. In 2010 she won the Jazzit Award as best italian jazz composer. From 2010–2015\, she was named best new talent on TOP JAZZ\, by Musica Jazz magazine. On 2022 she’s mentioned as one of 20 best italian bassists ever on prestigious journal Rockit. On 2023 she opened Kim Gordon’s italian tour. Actually Caterina is envolved in her solo project Zaleska and many others collaborations in experimental and cinematographic music. She often interacts live with performances of video designers\, painters and visual artists. \nhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caterina_Palazzi\nwww.instagram.com/caterina_palazzi_zaleska\nwww.facebook.com/zaleskadracula \n \n \n \nVersta\nare an electronic/ambient/psychedelic duo from Rome. They are Roberto Dossi and Alessandro D’Arcangeli. \nThe name Versta comes from an old russian measured unity\, it’s about 1066\,52 metres and it literally means “this is a real step” (from russian “verstovoy”).\nThey formed in 2020 and in 2024 have published their first album “Trip Corners” out for the label “Light Item”. You can imagine a “Trip Corners” as a place where physical experiences and mental perceptions meet each other.\nThey play analogical and digital synths\, drum machines\, electric guitar and tenor sax in an immersive A / V (GEORG\, IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PROJECTOR YOU CAN REMOVE “A / V”) show. \nHere you can listen and download for free their first album “Trip Corners”: \nhttps://versta.bandcamp.com/album/trip-corners

SUMMARY:Rovar17 | EMERGE
DESCRIPTION:The Rovar17\n(Insect17 in English) is basically Kálmán Pongrácz’s solo project\, but different kinds of collaboration often occur with musicians\, visual artists\, performers as well as theater. The music is made by audio-audio collage technique\, which rejects the traditional sound system\, harmony\, melody\, even rhythm\, and creates compositions from inconsistent and untempered sounds\, noises\, natural or electronic- but mostly human voices. This act has already seen more than 400 concerts and performances\, and has played all across Hungary\, in Austria\, Belarus\, Belgium\, Bulgaria\, Croatia\, the Czech Republic\, Denmark\, Estonia\, France\, Germany\, Indonesia\, Italy\, Latvia\, Lithuania\, Macedonia\, Malaysia\, Mexico\, Netherlands\, Norway\, Poland\, Portugal\, Romania\, Russia\, Serbia\, Slovakia\, Slovenia\, Spain\, Switzerland\, Thailand\, Turkey\, United Kingdom and the United States of America. The method of the Rovar17 audio collage technique: – first step: Creation. We create some artificial organisms. Because we have not got pure laboratory\, and we cannot groom test-tubes and instruments; the generated living beings are black-hearted. – second step: Sampling. We investigate the evil beings & make video and audio record of their behaviour. Eventually\, finds are presented live to the audience.\nhttps://www.facebook.com/rovar17\nhttps://havizaj.bandcamp.com/album/csonkolt-t-nd-r\n \nSascha Stadlmeier (b. 1977)\nhas been releasing electroacoustic music with his project EMERGE on international labels such as Drone Records\, aufabwegen\, Tâalem and Frozen Light since 2001. A composer working at the intersections of musique concrète\, drone\, and noise\, he has also been an increasingly active presence in the field of free improvisation since 2016. In addition to live electronics\, his improvisation practice involves guitar\, bass\, and amplified objects. Collaborations with other musicians from a very wide range of styles form an important part of his work\, with collaborators including RLW\, If\,Bwana\, Doc Wör Mirran and Toy Bizarre. He has been touring Europe extensively\, with concerts in France\, Belgium\, Italy\, Spain\, Switzerland\, Austria\, Russia\, Poland\, the Czech Republic\, Slovakia\, Hungary\, Slovenia\, Serbia\, and Bulgaria. His music has been presented at many international festivals including Avantgarde Festival\, lab30\, 20 years of MGNM\, Zasavje Noisefest\, Ecological Sound of Varna Fest and Autistic Campaign Fest. While a prolific composer and performer\, Stadlmeier has also created various sound installations and a radiophonic composition for West German Radio’s renowned Studio of Acoustic Art. Since 2010\, his label attenuation circuit has established itself as an important hub in the international experimental music scene\, with releases by more than 100 artists from numerous countries to date. attenuation circuit also regularly organised concerts of experimental music at Stadlmeier’s home base in Augsburg\, Germany.\n\nhttps://emergeac.wordpress.com/\nhttps://www.facebook.com/emerge.dependenz/\nhttps://immerge.bandcamp.com/

SUMMARY:Joaquin Ortega & Daniel Bierdümpfl | Cicale Cicale Cicale
DESCRIPTION:In this new duo\, Joaquin Ortega and Daniel Bierdümpfl explore musical dialogue through the guitar. As two guitarists with different approaches to the instrument\, they create a unique conversation shaped by contrast\, curiosity\, and collaboration. Their music moves between written structures and spontaneous interaction\, in which rhythmic counterpoint and noise function as organizing elements that generate spaces of tension\, overlap\, and exchange. \nJoaquin Ortega (Argentina/France) Argentin musician based in France\, Joaquín Ortega explores the connections between guitar\, electronic devices\, and field recordings. SUMMARY:Jošt Drašler & Cene Resnik & Eric Arn & Vid Drašler | Bneleti (Ben Wheeler)
DESCRIPTION:Improvising quartet: \nJošt Drašler – acoustic bass\nCene Resnik – tenor saxophone\nEric Arn – electric guitar\nVid Drašler – drums \nDieses Improvisations/Free Jazz–Quartett ist eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen den slowenischen Musikern\, Vid Drašler – Schlagzeug (DKD-Trio\, trójnik\, Orchester Senza Confini\, Orkestrada)\, Jošt Drašler – Akustikbass (DKD-Trio\, Orch Senza. Confini\, Jani Moder Trio\, Vito marence Gruppe ..)\, Cene Resnik – Tenor Saxophon (Cene Resnik Quartet\, trójnik\, Watch for dogs–Trio\, Orch. \n \n \nBneleti (ბნელეთი) is a solo project by Ben Wheeler\, an experimental musician\, composer\, and ethnomusicologist based in Tbilisi\, Georgia. Performing with an electric guitar\, saz\, and modular synthesizer\, Wheeler integrates his impressions of the music of Caucasus\, particularly Azerbaijani traditional music and Georgian polyphony\, with dark ambient\, drone\, and experimental composition\, and the aesthetic of Seattle hardcore and black metal\, creating a musical world that is beyond genre classifications. \nHis first full-length release under the moniker “Bneleti” is set to be released in February 2026 on Inverted Spectrum Records\, and will be followed by a three-week tour of Central and Eastern Europe \nBen Wheeler is the co-founder of Mountains of Tongues\, a project dedicated to preserving and promoting lesser known music from the Caucasus region. He has recorded songs in languages that have rarely been caught on tape\, instruments that only exist in extremely small numbers\, and performances from a variety of underrepresented ethnic\, religious\, and linguistic minority communities throughout the region. He is also the Senior Editor of EastEast\, a journal that covers culture and society in Eastern Europe\, Central Asia\, and the Caucasus\, and the founder of the Caucasus All Frequency festival. He is an instructor on synthesizers at Creative Education Studio in Tbilisi. Besides his Bneleti project\, Wheeler also published under his own name\, composed music for multiple independent films\, performed and written for a diverse selection of bands\, and worked as a music director and composer. \n

SUMMARY:Life Aquatic Quartett

SUMMARY:Federico Pozzer
DESCRIPTION:TRANSCRIPTIONS OF MY PIANO STUDENTS’ PLAYING \nIn this solo piano performance\, composer-performer Federico Pozzer plays transcriptions of recordings of his piano students attempting to interpret famous pieces. These recordings—captured during one-to-one piano lessons—are filled with irregular rhythms\, hesitations\, long silences\, “wrong” notes\, and unexpected dynamic choices.\nFederico transcribed them precisely and is going to perform them himself. The result is a tender\, strange\, and subtly disorienting collection of pieces that hover between recognition and distortion.\nWell-known melodies emerge but altered by the fragile gestures of children in the act of learning.\nThis project treats error as expression and listening as a form of\ncare. By inviting us to hear the beauty in musical imperfection\, both humorous and haunting\, the performance aims to challenge what we expect from music\, memory\, and the so-called “correct.”\nAudio Examples:\n\nWebsite: \nhome

SUMMARY:Ippio Payo
DESCRIPTION:Ist es doch Jazz? \nTeilweise in Rockmusik Verpacktes? \nJosip Pavlov – guitar\nMartin Lehmann – trumpet\nDaniel Tanner – drums \n \n \n \nhttps://ippiopayo.bandcamp.com \nhttps://www.instagram.com/ippio_payo

SUMMARY:Berke Can Özcan  & Jonah Parzen-Johnson | Phantanoise© Kollektiv feat. Ayşe Deniz Birdal
DESCRIPTION:The music meticulously builds on itself\, as two strangers from across the world weave percussive explosions\, field samples\, and forceful baritone saxophone melodies into something instantly solid & joyful. In an era of apathy and cynicism\, this music is a reminder that the antidote to polarization is curiosity. Recent press:\n• “An arresting tangle of minimalist electronic drones\, rumbling drums and modal jazz sax freakouts.” – The Guardian\n• “Their shared rapport has led to a frequently tuneful unspooling.” Up Magazine \nhttps://bit.ly/bandcamp-wjlp77\nhttps://bit.ly/spotify-wjlp77\n \nThe Shape of Uncertainty – Phantanoise© Kollektiv feat. Ayşe Deniz Birdal\nNo script\, no safety net — only the fragile geometry of sound unfolding in the moment.\nThe Phantanoise© collective creates sonic spaces between structure and dissolution\, between resonance and resistance. Electronics\, B-flat clarinet\, soprano saxophone\, trumpet\, bass\, percussion\, and cello intertwine to form a vibrant fabric of tension and silence.\nFree improvisation as a collective process – immediate\, risky\, open to whatever emerges. \nGero von Randow – electronics\nPalatinszky Márton – bass clarinet\, soprano saxophone\, percussion\nHelmut Steininger – trumpet\nMilan Konrad – bass\nPhantanoise© artist – electronics\nGuest: Ayşe Deniz Birdal – cello \n“Die Form der Ungewissheit”

SUMMARY:SJi Youn Kang & Clara de Asís | Luc Döbereiner & Leonie Strecker | Vanessa Scarpaccini & Ayşe Deniz Birdal
DESCRIPTION:This evening consists of three sets: \nJi Youn Kang\nA performance as a live construction of an unstable sonic machine\, circuits\, metal plates\, and electromagnetic feedback form a system where sound emerges from shifting relations between material\, performer\, and signal. Through acts of tinkering\, the piece reveals the hidden vitality of matter and its dynamic behaviors. \nJi Youn Kang is a composer and performer of electronic and instrumental music. Her work often draws from Korean shamanistic traditions while exploring spatial sound and handmade electronics. She teaches at the Institute of Sonology in The Hague and performs internationally. \n– Clara de Asís & Luc Döbereiner\nThe duo unfolds reduced sound textures with synthetic (analog and digital) sources\, moving between isolated harmonic states and noise. The music emphasizes spatiality\, the materiality of listening and sound reproduction\, and the interplay between reduction and multiplicity of sound sources. \nClara de Asís is an artist and composer working with electronics\, objects\, and instruments to investigate listening\, perception\, and social-material contexts. She creates works of different formats encompassing performance\, audio pieces and installations. \nLuc Döbereiner is a composer\, musician and researcher exploring the fragility and materiality of sound\, often using generative processes and synthesis. \n– Leonie Strecker\nIn her solo performance\, Strecker explores presence\, absence\, and memory through concrete and synthetic sound\, evoking ambiguous meanings and creating spaces for individual and collective listening. \nLeonie Strecker is a composer and sound artist based in Vienna. Her work includes electronic and electro-acoustic music\, compositions for soloists and ensembles\, as well as performances and installations. She explores ideas around the hybridity of form\, presence and absence\, the connection of memory and experience\, and the meaning of concrete and synthetic sound. \nAyşe Deniz Birdal (Istanbul\, 1996) started studying at the Istanbul University State Conservatory at age 10. She continued her studies with Julius Berger in Augsburg. She won first place in the Rudolf Matz Strings Competition and second place in the International Johan Andreas Stein Strings Competition\, where she played\, among others\, her own composition Sky-Cut.\nBirdal played multiple festivals\, including the Menuhin Festival Gstaad String Academy and the Kronbeg Academy Cello Festival\, and played as a soloist with the Kaunas Philharmonic Orchestra\, among others.\nShe has a strong interest for contemporary classical music and music from her home country. She is also an enthusiastic improviser.\nWith her artistic identity\, she is building a bridge between genres and cultures\, to express her identity as a human being and a woman who migrated from Turkey through Europe to pursue an artistic career\, and to narrate her experience through life and cultures. \nVanessa Mattei Scarpaccini (2004) is an Italian-Polish dance artist currently based in Florence. She collaborates with Sosta Palmizi and develops her own choreographic work. Her practice moves through improvisation\, composition and interdisciplinary dialogue — working with musicians and visual artists across Europe. \nShe has performed in works by choreographers such as Virgilio Sieni\, Natalia Di Cosmo\, and Paulina Rewucka\, and is part of the improvisation collective FREE FORMS OF ART. \nVanessa trained between Florence and Vienna\, with formative experiences also in Germany\, Belgium\, and Spain. Alongside her artistic practice\, she is currently studying philosophy.

SUMMARY:Kvadrata Supro | Alexander Babikov & Valentin Duit
DESCRIPTION:Trio Kvadrata Supro was formed in 2021 as an improvisational group based on double wind instruments – mainly saxophones and clarinets – and a rhythmic system made up of drums and vibraphone. The fabric of their music unfolds in the polarity between trance-eruptive free jazz with various folkloric atavisms and free improvisation with elements of minimalism and ambient. For the autumn tour in 2025 the group invited Hungarian double bassist and composer Ernö Hock to collaborate\, who straddles jazz\, folklore\, experimental rock and free improvisation. \nErnö Hock (H) – bass \nElia Moretti (I) – drums\, vibraphone\nhttps://database.shareimpro.eu/en/person/elia-moretti \nMichal Hrubý (CZ) – tenor saxophone\, clarinets\, flutes\nmichalhruby.bandcamp.com \nZdeněk Závodný (CZ) – saxophones\, clarinet\nhttps://frisk.band \n____ \nValentin Duit & Alexander Babikov

SUMMARY:Blumer & Dell & Geisser & Morgenthaler | Guilio Stermieri
\nGiulio Stermieri – Farfisa organ\, toy piano\, sampler \nGiulio Stermieri is a pianist\, keyboard player\, and composer. His musical path merges his love for the African American piano tradition and improvisation with a focus on timbral exploration of piano and electronics. His work honors the present moment as the privileged dimension for an artist-listener communication. He also explores the way musical material affects form\, following the instant composing utopia. Fort Da\, Stermieri’s solo performance\, is rooted in these beliefs; the Farfisa organ and the sampler become a living machine\, together suggesting new creative trajectories. Fragmented melodies appear and disappear\, rising from the contemplation of simple sonic stratifications or sinking into polyrhythmic trance\, revealing a game in which we can experience the symbolic value of repetition.

SUMMARY:Hanousek\, Årdestrup\, Jorgen | Adriano Cava
DESCRIPTION:Adriano CavaPlaying with phonography to shape NoFi environments. Adriano Cava play “mikrokosmos” in a low-volume listening ground aired by a self-assembled\, cheap multi-speakers system.\n\n\nThis trio was put together in early 2024 by bassist Jonathan Aardestrup who had found a great connection with both the other players.Since Peter Ole and Jonathan already had joined forces as a duo and facilitated meetings with international guests in Denmark and internationally\, in February they invited the Czech saxophonist Radim Hanousek and that was a magical music meeting. The 3 had an instant connection and played 4 concerts for much pleased audiences around Denmark. In October the trio had a small tour in Czech and Austria with similar reactions. These days we are finishing a live album of the recordings in Denmark\, are planning to record a studio album this spring and are organizing another tour to central Europe in October 2025.\nRadim Hanousek – sopranosax & bassclarinet\nJonathan Aardestrup – bass\nP.O.Jorgens – drums\n(vekks – fb)
