DESCRIPTION:Exploring the Timeless Art of Improvisation \nMichel Godard “The Mirror of Time”: Die zeitlose Kunst der Improvisation \nThe workshop focuses on re-establishing the connections between early music (Baroque or Renaissance) and jazz improvisation today. There are many similarities between a musician-composer from the 16th or 17th century and a jazz musician from the 21st century\, which mirror each other. \nUsing original compositions inspired by the past\, we will discover and explore a way\nof being with music and improvising with complete freedom. \nSchedule: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (with a break) on the specified date\nParticipation fee: €80 (per workshop) \nDer Workshop konzentriert sich auf die Wiederherstellung der Verbindungen zwischen alter Musik (Barock oder Renaissance) und Jazzimprovisation heute. Es gibt viele Ähnlichkeiten zwischen einem Musiker-Komponisten aus dem 16. oder 17. Jahrhundert und einer/m Jazzmusiker*in aus dem 21. DESCRIPTION:Molecular dance\nAll cells in our body consist of atoms bonded together. These bonds are in perpetual transformation\, change\, break\, rejoin\, in an eternal dance\, made possible by space and energy. Human existence relies on connections and exchanges too. To understand these connections\, we need space and silence\, allowing us to sense life’s dance. \nThis workshop explores innovative ways to create personal movement\, emphasizing the spaces and stillness between movements within our bodies. Guided explorations with concrete and abstract imagery help us discover new interactions with inner and outer space and the others. The silence between movements is the door opener of new possibilities. \nEach individual is a beautiful and unique form of life\, interconnected with everything. Let’s discover our unique qualities and movements and share them as gifts with others\, strengthening the ties that unite us \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMARUSKA RONCHI\nGraduated in Contemporary Dance\, she met Butoh in 2009 with Atsushi Takenouchi. She studied with him for 14 year becoming his assistant in the Butoh School in Italy where she could practice deeply\, learning and teaching. She met other important butoh master as Yumiko Yoshioka\, Yoshito Ohno\, Minako Seki\, Seisaku\, Carlotta Ikeda\, Ima Tenko\, Natsu Nakajima\,Semimaru (Sankai Yuku) Imre Tohrman\, Masaki Iwana\, among others. Her research is an alchemical process which seeks physical and spiritual transmutation in the matter of the body.\nInvestigating not only the movement but also the stillness\, the void\, the silence\, and the space in between. She travels around the world sharing her dance and practices through performances and workshops\, and collaboration with international artists. She presents her works all over the world\, in Canada\, Japan\, Mauritius\, and many countries in Europe.
