DESCRIPTION:Attention: The seminar will NOT happen in Milano but at STROMBOLI contact KEA! \nA dance and voice seminar will take place on the island of Stromboli\, Sicily\, from August 30 to September 7\, 2025. Hosted by the Compagniakha\, the workshop will feature Kea Tonetti for dance (Butoh and Danza Sensibile®) and Tivitavi for voice (Sound Yoga\, Shamanic Singing). The event includes live music and will culminate in a final performance. The location is described as a magical and energetic place\, with black volcanic sand\, the revitalizing energy of the volcano\, and a unique natural environment.

SUMMARY:14 lessons of somatic movement and dance
DESCRIPTION:This fall cycle features 14 lessons of somatic movement and dance\, open to everyone\, regardless of previous experience. Immerse yourself in your body and explore the movement that arises directly from it\, then collaborate with other dancers. \nIn these lessons\, we will slow down\, soften\, and deepen our awareness—exploring breath\, touch\, and body parts through experiential movement work\, combining improvisation and contemporary dance technique. The lessons will also foster sensitivity to the poetry of dance—our own and that of others. \nWHAT WILL WE DO?\nWe will be based on experiential anatomy of the body and other inspirations drawn from techniques such as Body-Mind Centering\, the Skinner Releasing Technique\, and other relaxation approaches in dance. These help relax the body\, expand movement possibilities\, and deepen your relationship with your body. For advanced dancers\, they offer a deepening of presence and new movement qualities\, while for beginners\, they offer a sensitive introduction to dance without the pressure to perform. The experiential part of the course then leads to opening one’s attention from the inside of the body to the outside – to the space and the other dancers. Some courses also focus on the non-violent teaching of contemporary dance techniques according to the current needs of the group.\nThe course is open to everyone\, regardless of previous experience. In fall 2022\, I completed an intensive program at TIP – School for Dance\, Improvisation and Performance (Freiburg\, Germany). Since 2023\, I have been teaching dance classes to the public\, but I also devote myself to my own work and participate as a performer in other dance and movement theater projects. Carroll\, and Agostina D’Alessandro. Today\, I work as a performer and am increasingly fascinated by my own work.
