Kvadrata Supro | Alexander Babikov & Valentin Duit

Trio Kvadrata Supro was formed in 2021 as an improvisational group based on double wind instruments – mainly saxophones and clarinets – and a rhythmic system made up of drums and vibraphone. The fabric of their music unfolds in the polarity between trance-eruptive free jazz with various folkloric atavisms and free improvisation with elements of minimalism and ambient. For the autumn tour in 2025 the group invited Hungarian double bassist and composer Ernö Hock to collaborate, who straddles jazz, folklore, experimental rock and free improvisation.
